Billing, plainly

Free, and moving between plans: Every account starts on Free, with no card and nothing charged. If you cancel Pro, you move back to Free: every code keeps redirecting, your 3 oldest Website or Contact Page codes stay editable, and Pro features you already set up keep working as they are.
Tax and currency: Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout based on where you are and added on top.
Who you are buying from: Purchases are sold through Link, by Stripe, as merchant of record. Link sends your receipts and renewal notices, your card statement shows LINK.COM, and you can manage or cancel the subscription on link.com as well as in your KeeperQR billing settings.
Cancelling and refunds: Full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. Annual and Founding Member purchases get 30 days. Cancel any time and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Stripe can refund a purchase within 60 days, and regional cooling-off rights such as the EU right of withdrawal apply on top of that.
