Refunds and Cancellation

Last updated 16 September 2026

Purchases are sold through Link, by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. That means some refund rights come from Stripe rather than from us, and they apply whatever this page says. Where our policy and Stripe’s differ, the more generous one wins.

1.Cancelling a subscription

Cancel whenever you like, from your billing settings in KeeperQR or from link.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody to talk to first.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial month or year back to you except where the refund section below applies.

Your codes are not affected. After cancellation your existing QR codes keep redirecting and keep recording scans, and you keep access to your analytics. What stops is creating new codes and campaigns. This is set out in the terms.

2.The trial

The trial runs for 14 days, does not ask for a card, and does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops being able to create new codes.

3.Refunds

If KeeperQR did not do what this website said it would, tell us and we will refund you. We would rather return the money than argue about it.

  • Monthly subscriptions: we refund the current month on request within 14 days of the charge.
  • Annual subscriptions: we refund in full within 30 days of the charge, and pro-rate the unused months after that if you ask within the first 90 days.
  • Founding Member lifetime ($129): we refund in full within 30 days of purchase. After that it is a lifetime purchase and is not refundable, because the cost it commits us to runs indefinitely.

A refunded lifetime purchase releases the Founding Member spot back to the pool, and the account returns to the trial state.

4.Rights that apply regardless

Because Stripe is the merchant of record, the following apply on top of our policy, and we cannot narrow them:

  • Stripe may refund any purchase within 60 days of the charge, including where we have not responded to a support escalation from Link within 48 hours.
  • Where local consumer law gives you a cooling-off period, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, it applies and is administered at checkout.
  • A refund includes the tax you paid.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within five to ten business days.

5.Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute on a lifetime purchase revokes the lifetime access while it is open, and that is automatic rather than a decision anyone makes. If the dispute is resolved in your favour the access stays revoked and you are refunded; if it is resolved in ours, the access is restored.

6.Deleting your account

Deleting your account is separate from cancelling, and it is irreversible. It removes your QR codes, which stops the redirects, and it deletes the scan history with them. Anything already printed will stop working. Cancel rather than delete if you have codes in the world.

7.Contact

Refunds and billing questions: support@keeperqr.com. Include the email address on the account. You can also raise it through Link, which handles transaction support on our behalf.
